  • Louise Puddifoot

    Founder and Managing Director

    Louise founded Willow & Puddifoot to help companies create happy, healthy, and high-performing teams . She is an expert in people, potential and performance, and has led various global learning and development functions throughout her career. Louise is a bit of a geek for anything to do with psychology and workplace performance and is on a mission to share these techniques with organisations so that they and their people can reap the benefits. She is currently writing a book - 'Leading Learning'.

  • Candice Porter

    Learning and Development Consultant

    Candice has a wealth of experience in building and delivering management and leadership development programmes, and has trained in ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring. Alongside her experience in learning, Candice has a background in customer services and team management, which makes her uniquely talented in the development and upskill of individuals, teams and people managers. Her passion lies in truly understanding people and the differences in what makes them tick, as well as exploring the different ways in which we learn and grow. Candice takes joy in supporting people on their personal journeys and in creating opportunities, and space, to help them grow.

  • Catherine Clinker

    Wellbeing Executive

    Catherine is passionate about helping others achieve the best version of themselves. Her positivity and willingness to help others succeed, combined with experience in designing and facilitating successful wellbeing initiatives, has given her the drive for ensuring the importance of Mental Health and Wellbeing in the workplace is not only recognised, but here to stay! Catherine’s background has been bid project management so she understands the strains and stresses of working in a highly pressured environment whilst maintaining a healthy mindset; encouraging organisations to see the value of wellbeing, she will support them through that journey. Catherine has undertaken many personal courses to develop her knowledge in the Mental Health and Wellbeing sector and is a qualified Mental Health First Aider.

  • Wendy Stickland

    Business Operations Manager

    Wendy comes with a background in project management, system development and a love for everything creative! Trained in the Prince 2 Principles for delivering large scale projects, she also trained as a florist to satisfy her creative side – both play a part in organising and enjoying the day-to-day functions at Willow & Puddifoot. She is a firm believer that we are capable of anything we put our minds to.

  • Stephanie McKellar

    Training Administrator

    Stephanie is a breath of fresh air, with oodles of personality and enthusiasm for her role as Training Administrator at Willow & Puddifoot. She has a number of years’ experience in administration, along with an infectious desire to support our client’s on a daily basis, not to mention the team! With her degree in Studies of Primary Education, she has a great understanding of recognising the needs of others and acting on them. She loves to engage in open and honest conversations - something we love to do at Willow & Puddifoot.

  • Kirsty Mitchell

    Associate HR Specialist

    As a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with thirty years’ experience gained in senior roles within a wide variety of sectors Kirsty brings a breadth of HR experience. She has a great depth of knowledge in all areas of HR and has held senior positions specialising in in employment law, employee relations, employee communications and HR policy. Kirsty loves advising organisations and managers on the best ways of employing and managing staff to get the most from their people while creating great working environments and keeping within the law.

  • Diane Law

    Associate Facilitator

    Diane’s experience in roles, ranging from cognitive research to process improvement to change management in organisations of different sectors and sizes, has given her a unique perspective to leadership development. Diane works closely with her clients to craft the most appropriate and impactful solutions that address the true, underlying issues. She is a great advocate of learning on the job and through peers and subject matter experts. She has been recognised for her approach by winning the UK’s Best Leadership Development Programme in 2018 (Training Journal) and she regularly contributes thought-leadership articles to global publications such as the Association for Talent Development. Diane is a licensed coach.

  • Francis Mok

    Associate Facilitator

    Francis is an experienced Management Consultant and Executive Coach with 30+ years of experience in leading corporate HR functions. He transformed HR/performance practices and built leadership pipelines for business sustainability. He was also President of HKIHRM and Past President of APFHRM, promoting HR standards in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific. Francis is an experienced executive coach helping business leaders to identify their personal growth space to achieve greater levels of success. He is an Anecdote Storytelling for Leaders and Story Powered Sales facilitator, Chartered Engineer, and Adjunct Associate Professor of HKU SPACE with an engineering degree from McGill University, along with an MBA from Chinese University of Hong Kong.

    Associate Coach and Facilitator

    David enjoyed a progressive 30-year career in the corporate world and has experience leading teams large and small, both office-based as well as geographically diverse virtual teams and holds a Masters-equivalent ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. With his extensive background and passion for coaching, David is dedicated to helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals at Willow & Puddifoot.

  • Amanda Howe

    Associate Coach

    Amanda puts people at the heart of everything she does and her true passion in life is coaching. Her aim is to support leaders on their own personal journey to achieve the performance for transformation and growth, realising the success they deserve. Amanda is a qualified coach, a Mental Health First Aider, and a qualified Human Resources Professional with over 17 years’ Commercial HR experience. Amanda has led teams for over 30 years so draws on her own management and leadership experience within private technology/service sector, with a commercial retail background. As a coach, she has worked with individuals from sectors including science, technology, energy, property and building consultancy, hospitality, local authorities, motor trade, sport and retail.

  • David Savage

    Associate Coach and Facilitator

    David is passionate about making work fun, adventurous and meaningful for everyone. As a Chartered Engineer he has held senior leadership roles within BAE SYSTEMS and in smaller manufacturers, where he was responsible for making everything from rocket motors to synthetic diamonds. ​David is a Certified Coach (CPCC) with the Co-Active Training Institute and works with entrepreneurs and leaders to bring out their full potential to create fulfilling and purposeful careers. David is an ambassador for the CIPD’s Engage for Success Volunteer movement and runs a network of cultural change practitioners within manufacturing. ​He lives in Oxfordshire, UK, is a father of four and likes to keep fit running, swimming and cycling.

    Associate Coach

    Susie is a passionate advocate for fostering personal and professional growth. With a background in biology, she's embarked on a unique journey dedicated to people development. Her diverse experiences have taken her from the research laboratories of Oxford University to corporate positions at AstraZeneca and extensive work in the healthcare sector. Susie is a Certified Coach, NLP Practitioner, Mental Health First Aid Qualified, and an MBTI Personality Profiler. Outside of her professional world, Susie is an avid nature lover, constantly exploring the outdoors and fostering her curiosity about the natural world.

  • Cécile Jenkins

    Associate Coach

    Cécile is a devoted advocate for transformation growth. With a corporate background in change communications, she's channelled her passion for helping individuals navigate change into a full-time profession as a global executive, leadership, and life coach. Cécile's impressive qualifications include being a Senior Practitioner, EMCC accredited, with certifications from Henley Business School, Case Western Reserve University, and New College Swindon. Her academic journey led to a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Reading. Beyond her professional achievements, Cécile enjoys a tranquil life in a Gloucestershire village with her husband, two teenagers, two retrievers, and a lovable rescue cat. Her dedication to guiding others through transformation and her idyllic country life make her a remarkable individual committed to making a positive impact.

    Associate DiSC Facilitator

    Celeste Barros, boasts a 30-year career dedicated to training initiatives aimed at enhancing individual performance and organisational effectiveness. As an Authorised Partner for Wiley Publishing, she facilitates renowned programs such as The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team® and Everything DiSC®. Celeste's impact resonates across various organisations, including the University of Connecticut, BIC Corporation, and Massachusetts Water Resource Authority, where she has contributed to the development and facilitation of supervisory training and staff development. Additionally, as an adjunct faculty member at Bryant University and a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC she facilitates learning through training and coaching both in-person.
