1-to-1 Coaching Series
A Willow & Puddifoot 1-to-1 coaching programme supports an individual to achieve a level of performance and wellbeing that likely would not be possible if left to their own devices.
The coach will work with the person on their own personalised goals and support them to experiment with selected techniques. By supporting the leader over a period of time, the coach will help them to establish goals, assist with personal growth and develop new ways of thinking.
What Topics are Included?
Every coaching relationship is unique and built around the individual’s needs. The person will typically:
- Bring their own individual topics
- Get to know themselves – their values, purpose, inner leader and inner critic
- Discuss professional and personal challenges
- Build their skills, resilience and well-being
- Develop, test and evolve their own toolkit
Who Should Attend?
- Leaders
- High potentials
- Those taking on new and challenging roles
Format
- Can be offered stand-alone or integrated into a leadership development solution
- Typically consists of a series of 1-hour coaching sessions, per person
- Coaching sessions can be held face-to-face or by virtual meeting (via Zoom, Teams, Skype, FaceTime etc)
