Drop-in Coaching
This offers a support structure to improve the performance and mental wellbeing of your employees on an ‘as needed’ basis.
A qualified coach is available in your workplace to discuss individual topics, assist with personal development and encourage wellbeing. Drop-in coaching offers an effective and efficient way to improve performance and support the mental wellbeing of all people in your workforce. People benefit from the support of an external partner, with whom they can discuss goals and issues in confidence.
What Topics are Included?
Every coaching relationship is unique and built around the needs of each individual. The person will typically:
- Bring their own individual topics
- Discuss professional and personal challenges
- Build their skills, resilience and wellbeing

- In-person: Our coaches are situated in your workplace for a select number of days per month. People sign up for a 1-to-1 slot with a coach on an ‘as needed’ basis.
