Drop-in Coaching

This offers a support structure to improve the mental wellbeing of your employees on an ‘as needed’ basis.

A qualified coach is available in your workplace to discuss individual topics, assist with personal development and encourage wellbeing. Drop-in coaching offers an effective and efficient way to support the mental wellbeing of all people in your workforce. People benefit from the support of an external partner, with whom they can discuss personal issues in confidence. Willow & Puddifoot coaches work with individuals to explore specific issues and build their mental wellbeing toolkit.

Every coaching relationship is unique and built around the needs of each individual. The person will typically:

  • Bring their own personal topics
  • Discuss personal or professional challenges
  • Explore their own mental wellbeing
  • Try out wellbeing techniques to support their personal needs

Who Should Attend?

  • All employees, on an ‘as needed’ basis
  • Can be made available for a specific group

Format

  • 50-minute sessions
  • Our coaches are situated in your workplace for a select number of days per week or fortnight. People sign up for a 1-to-1 slot with a coach on an ‘as needed’ basis.
