Mental health is estimated to cost UK employers the equivalent of £1,300 for every employee in their workforce. According to the Centre for Mental Health, simple steps to improve the management of mental health in the workplace will allow employers to save 30% or more of these costs.

Our NURTURE Programme focusses on wellbeing and mental health and is suitable for all levels of manager and leader:

Wellbeing Coaching: 1-1 Virtual Coaching Sessions

A certified coach is available to your workforce for 1-1, one-hour coaching sessions, on an as-needed basis, delivered via video call.

Suitable for all employees (including furloughed).

Our coaches support the mental health and wellbeing of your workforce at this uncertain time. Employees book a confidential session with a coach to talk about their individual challenges and concerns, or whatever is on their mind.
