The Willow & Puddifoot mission is to bring proven techniques to you and your organisation to improve wellbeing and performance. We translate the findings of research in the fields of psychology and neuroscience into easy to use tools and techniques. Everything we teach and share is evidence based.

All of our programmes are experiential, practical and interactive. That’s because traditional training doesn’t work. Training that focuses on absorbing information typically has low retention rates and little impact on behaviour. In contrast, our solutions are designed for transformation.
