Our approach to personality profiling
We utilise three tools to guide individuals and teams through the journey of self-discovery: DiSC, Discovering Your Strengths, and Insights.

  1. DISC
    DISC is a simple yet powerful framework that identifies four primary behavioural styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Through DiSC assessments, participants learn to:

    Recognise their own behavioural tendencies
    Adapt their approach to communicate effectively with others
    Understand what drives and motivates different individuals

    By applying the DiSC model, teams gain a shared language for collaboration and personal growth.

  2. Discovering Your Strengths
    This bespoke framework, developed by Willow & Puddifoot as part of our Leadership/Management and Personal Effectiveness programmes.  It focuses on uncovering individual talents and strengths. Participants engage in reflective exercises to identify their core strengths and how these contribute to personal and team success. The process:

    Encourages self-reflection
    Helps individuals align their strengths with organisational goals
    – Promotes a strengths-based culture

    Discovering Your Strengths emphasises the value of recognising and celebrating diversity within teams.

  3. Insights
    The Insights Discovery system uses a colour-coded model to explore personality preferences. By identifying dominant energy types, such as Cool Blue, Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, or Earth Green, participants gain a deeper understanding of their own and others’ styles. Insights helps:
