This model highlights the importance of proactive strategies to create a healthy working environment, while also equipping employees to thrive and offering targeted support when needed.

The model consists of three key pillars:

  • Prevent: By focusing on prevention, you can establish a strong foundation for wellbeing through healthy working practices and a positive culture. This is achieved by skilled managers, a safe environment, and regular reviews of practices to identify potential risks to employee wellbeing before they escalate.
  • Enable: Here, the focus is on empowering employees to be at their best. By having a supportive environment and providing opportunities for skill development, employees are equipped to work confidently and effectively, contributing to their overall wellbeing.
  • Support: Finally, for employees experiencing poor wellbeing, the support pillar ensures that targeted interventions are available. This aspect of the model focuses on providing the necessary resources and assistance to help employees recover and regain their wellbeing.

Together, these three pillars create a continuous process that addresses both proactive wellbeing strategies and responsive support, helping you to maintain a resilient and positive workplace culture.

Wellbeing Coaching: 1-1 Virtual Coaching Sessions

A wellbeing coach is available for your workforce for 1-1, one-hour coaching sessions, on an as-needed basis, delivered via video call.
